KB Alufrees uses CNC router milling machines to mill aluminium plates. With a working range of 12100 x 2500 x 300 mm, all available plate sizes can be milled.

Dry milling is done without coolant, which gives a very clean end result. The low heat input and the clean process ensure that no deformation occurs, the material properties are retained and no contamination enters the material. The end edges are very clean due to the milling and do not require any further pre-processing for welding or other processing.

The CNC milling machine also makes it possible to carry out a number of post-processing operations directly, such as marking with the print head or engraving, rejuvenating the plate, bevelling for welding or thread tapping. Feel free to ask for the possibilities.
